Weekly Yoga classes around Newquay and Truro are open to all -  it's a good idea to book if possible, as classes do fill up.

Private Yoga classes in Cornwall - 1-2-1 and small group yoga classes

Have your Yoga fit round you rather than you having to fit round it! Maybe you just can't make a regular class, have specific areas of health or injury or a special occasion to celebrate. Private classes are suitable for all levels and can be fitted around your availability and aims.


Talk to us about what you'd like and we'll tailor the sessions to meet your needs e.g. to relieve stress, to support particular sports, injuries or tight spots and activities like surfing, cycling, gardening or desk work. It's a really wonderful way to get the very most from your Yoga in a supported space where you are free to ask questions and develop a practice specifically for you.


Private Yoga classes work equally well 1-2-1 or as a couple, family, group of friends or work colleagues.
