NEW Yoga and Mindfulness course bringing together the potent power of slow nurturing Yoga with centring mindfulness practice.
Bring mind, body and breath into connection and peace. Thursday evenings 7:30-8:45pm at Gwills Yoga Studio, Lane, Newquay TR8 4PE.
Soulful, grounding, heart-centred Yoga will be combined with breathing and mindfulness to bring you into balance and to carry with you into daily life.
Sessions will develop:
The Yoga, inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, offers the chance to work with the body as it is, free from strain and stress, cultivating comfort and creating space for energy to flow.
Our mindfulness practice
will combine elements from Yoga, buddhist and embodiment meditation.
Whether you’re new or experienced you'll discover ways to become friends with your body, to hear its whispers and find happier ways of moving and being, which in time can ripple into daily life - preventing tension from building up and creating more sustained energy and positivity. Not to mention a glorious night's sleep!
