This special weekend Yoga retreat offers friendly seclusion and the chance for deep rest, away from life's pressures and concerns.
In the quiet of the garden yoga studio, 2 gentle Yoga sessions a day will open and ease your body, whilst giving your nervous system vital relief. Optional guided meditation will support you in finding stillness of mind and softening of heart, plus guidance (if desired) on how to embed or begin a regular home practice.
Rooms are comfy and welcoming with luxuriously soft cotton sheets and pillows to soothe you to sleep.
All have lovely views over the tranquil garden and woodlands of this country home.

Rooms are offered to share - perfect for couples and friends, or to make a new Yoga friend. All meals are included from dinner on Friday to breakfast on Monday. Full info on the weekend is here.

This special day of nurturing includes 2 Yoga sessions and a delicious professionally prepared vegan/vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea.
Arrive from 10 am for morning Yoga, relax over a beautiful lunch and take the afternoon to explore, read or enjoy gentle conversation by the fire with tea and yummy home-made cake... followed by a peaceful evening Yoga session before making your way home around 6.30* Heaven!
Rest back into the warm, spacious retreat, taking vital time to replenish and restore. Numbers are limited to maintain a small friendly group.
