Online Yoga can be so special.  These individually tailored sessions can be booked either as

  1. a live 1-2-1 online class
  2. a clean, edited personal yoga video for you to watch (or gift a loved one) again and again

(NB: If you book a live session this can be recorded for you at an extra £5 admin cost - just add to your cart while ordering)


Whichever you choose, you get to decide:

  • what areas of the body you want to focus on
  • how you want to feel during and after the session (relaxed, energised, peaceful, connected...)
  • the balance of breath work, relaxation and physical movement
  • areas of interest to you (all those questions you've been burning to ask but can't in group class)
  • you can even choose to include a unique meditation or yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) for the whole or part session (minimum 10 minutes for meditation and 15 minutes for yoga Nidra)

Private Yoga sessions have the power to completely transform your comfort, ease and progression because they can be devised exclusively for your unique being.  If you choose to have a recording, the practice has the chance to go even deeper and support you over time.
