Yoga Class Schedule - summer 2021

Calming, relaxing classes with a focus on easing and releasing body, mind and soul. Enjoy extended live 'in person' teaching with me on one my beautiful Yoga Retreats and Holidays. Retreats are currently the main ways to enjoy face to face teaching with me and are an excellent way to top up your yoga knowledge and experience.
