60 minute class - restorative movement and mindfulness

These 60 minute sessions combine the deep physical benefits of nurturing Freedom Yoga with calming and centring mindfulness. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Through soulful, grounding practice you'll be brought into a profound sense of connection and peace.
I offer the chance to work with your body as it is, free from strain and stress, and instead cultivating comfort and space for energy to flow. You'll develop a closer friendship with your body, your mind, your inner being. From this rich landscape life itself becomes richer, with greater ease, delight and joy.

If you can't make the in person classes, but would still like to learn Yoga with me, you'e welcome to join me online instead. I offer 2 livestream classes a week (via Zoom) and these are also recorded, edited and uploaded to my members' private video library to enjoy any time you like.
You can also enjoy private 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 sessions from the comfort of your home or we can arrange face to face sessions bespoke to you.
