These 75 minutes sessions combine the deep physical release of slow nurturing Scaravelli Yoga with a calming and centring mindfulness practice. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Expect to untangle the knots of your mind as well as body, bringing you into a sense of connection and peace. Thursday evenings 7:30-8:45pm at Gwills Yoga Studio, Lane, Newquay TR8 4PE.
Soulful, grounding, heart-centred Yoga will be combined with breathing and mindfulness to bring you into balance and carry with you into daily life. Perfect for busy active beings with demanding lives.

will unite elements from Yoga, buddhist and embodiment meditation.
Whether you’re new or experienced you'll discover ways to become friends with your body, to hear its whispers and find happier ways of moving and being, which in time can ripple into daily life - preventing tension from building up and creating more sustained energy and positivity.
