Uplift and restore on this special Yoga retreat. Friendly seclusion and the chance for deep rest, away from life's pressures and concerns.
In the quiet of the garden yoga studio, 2 gentle Yoga sessions a day will open and ease your body, whilst giving your nervous system vital relief. Optional guided meditation will support you in finding stillness of mind and softening of heart. On our 5 day summer retreat there will be one day with no afternoon yoga to allow for longer excursions or rest time.
Rooms are super comfy and welcoming with luxuriously soft cotton sheets and pillows to soothe you to sleep.
All have lovely views over the tranquil garden and woodlands of this country home near Penzance with mainline train direct from London Paddington. Most have their own bathroom and can be set up for Solo Occupancy, Double or Twin to suit.
Meals, warm drinks and snacks are included from dinner on arrival to breakfast on departure.
