In the quiet of the garden yoga studio, 2 gentle Yoga sessions a day will open and ease your body, whilst giving your nervous system vital relief. Optional guided meditation will support you in finding stillness of mind and softening of heart, plus guidance (if desired) on how to embed or begin a regular home practice.
Rooms are comfy and welcoming with luxuriously soft cotton sheets and pillows to soothe you to sleep.
All have lovely views over the tranquil garden and woodlands of this country home near Penzance with mainline train direct from London Paddington.

On the Saturday limited space is opened up for day guests. This special day of nurturing includes 2 Yoga sessions and a delicious professionally prepared vegan/vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea.
