Custom retreats are a low stress way to gather friends or family who want to retreat together, with flexibility around location, dates, activities and cost
Let me help you plan special time away that feels personal, unhurried and just right for you. Whether you’re marking a transition, celebrating something meaningful, or simply craving space to reconnect, I work with you to create a retreat that reflects your group’s needs and preferences. Group size can be anything from 4 to 20 or more.
Together we shape the setting, timing and rhythm of your retreat. This might include gentle yoga, meditation, coastal walks and other activities — or simply spacious time together. Everything is thoughtfully arranged so you can arrive, settle, and focus on enjoying your time together. You don’t need to have all the answers to get the ball rolling, you might come with a clear vision or just a feeling of wanting time away together.
We can build the retreat around what matters most to you — whether that’s rest, movement, nature, celebration, or simplicity.
Because your retreat is shaped around your group — including numbers, accommodation style, location and what you choose to include — there is real flexibility around cost. For friends or family retreating together, sharing accommodation or choosing simpler settings can make a custom retreat a surprisingly accessible option. In some cases, it can even work out more affordable than joining a pre-scheduled retreat.
At the same time, creating a retreat from scratch also allows space for little luxuries that feel meaningful to you. This might look like a sound bath, massage treatments, a private sauna experience, special meals, or a personal chef — touches that can be added consciously and intentionally, rather than as part of a fixed package.
My role is to help you find the balance that feels right for your group — whether that’s simplicity, ease, quiet luxury, or a blend of all three.
1. We begin with a conversation
A relaxed, no-pressure chat about your group, what you’re longing for, and any practical considerations around timing, location or budget
2. Your retreat takes shape
I create a proposal based on your preferences, with space to refine and adjust until it feels right
3. I arrange the details
Once agreed, I take care of the planning and logistics, so you can simply arrive and receive the experience
Since 2013, I’ve designed and led close to 100 retreats in all kinds of venues from luxury hotels to remotely rural idylls across the UK and Europe. Familiar with groups from five to twenty-five people, I bring a steady, grounded presence to both the visible and unseen aspects of retreat-making — from shaping the flow of the days to holding the logistics, so you don’t have to.
If this is calling to you, I’d love to hear a little about your group and what you have in mind. This form is simply a starting point — there’s no obligation. If you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for yet, that’s completely welcome. Sometimes the retreat reveals itself as we begin to talk. Complete this short form and I'll be in touch.
