In these sessions you'll work with your body as it is, free from strain and stress, cultivating comfort and space for energy to flow. There is nothing to 'get right' and instead an enquiry into what's right for you. Movements unfold naturally at a relaxed pace, helping to replenish and rebalance.

If you can't make the in person classes, but would still like to learn Yoga with me, you'e welcome to join me online instead. I offer 2 livestream classes a week (via Zoom) and these are also recorded, edited and uploaded to my members' private video library to enjoy any time you like.
You can also enjoy private sessions from the comfort of your home or at a mutually convenient location.
