Prices include all meals, snacks, teas and coffee.  Healthy, delicious vegan and veggie all home cooked.

Spaces are limited, with people often staying in touch well beyond the retreat.  The Yoga is suitable for all, please get in touch if you have any concerns about your ability to take part.

Lazy lunches in the garden and peaceful meanders to the nearby cove... birdsong and laughter, sunny days and sea swims. Like being abroad with all the comfort of being closer to home. 

Payment can be made by credit, debit or Paypal.  To pay by instalment please choose the 'pay by cheque' option and we'll email you to arrange.
