This special day of nurturing near one of Cornwall's most photographed beaches includes 2 x 1.5 hour Yoga sessions and a delicious professionally prepared vegan/vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea.
Arrive at 10 am for a welcome drink and morning Yoga, followed by a beautiful nourishing vegetarian lunch (with vegan options included).
Take the afternoon to meander through ancient woodland, stone circles or along the coast path nearby, read or enjoy gentle conversation by the fire with tea and yummy home-made cake... followed by a calming evening Yoga session before making your way home around 7.00pm*. You'll leave restored, relaxed with furrows eased and inner being at peace - heaven!

This special day is offered to a very limited number of participants as part of a residential weekend of Yoga. It will be an absolute treat in restful seclusion, away from daily pressures and concerns.
