It's impossible to describe in words or even pictures the healing properties of this magical retreat tucked away just minutes from the Cornish coast. There's a sense of wonderland from the moment the tranquil Mill House and its babbling stream come into view. Curving paths weave between ancient trees and bamboos, leading towards the secluded lake where dragon flies dance and the waters beckon at least a toe to be dipped playfully in.
Come with me to this secret land to connect more deeply and truly with yourself, into embodied presence with all that moves you, free from the need to change but open to your unique unfolding.
Space is limited so we can come together and journey gently and companionably together through a weekend of mindfulness, laughter and movement. The house and lands offer unique accommodation to hold and support you, with days beginning softly and slowly in the magical tipi right next to the garden stream.
*all activities are included within the break and all are optional so if you feel like skipping a session and taking time to yourself know that this is welcomed too
Sessions take place in the bright and airy (heated) conservatory, with a glorious sense of bringing the 'outside in'. If weather permits which it may do at this time of year, we also have the option of a covered deck and the plentiful gardens to take our practise fully outdoors (by group agreement).
"As a psychotherapist, I attend frequent courses, but the way you hold space, Julia, the way you enable others to explore and connect to themselves and each other is exceptional. You've brought so much warmth, humour and depth it's remarkable. And what's also remarkable is that these 'ordinary' women have embraced it so wholeheartedly too" Tess
An exquisite retreat space nestled in a quiet valley to really encourage letting go and deep replenishment
"It gave me everything I hoped for, and lots more. The whole experience was seamlessly organic - the peace and serenity, the acceptance and support of everyone in the group, the wonderful food that was growing all around us and magically appeared on our plates, the yoga that soothed and strengthened, comforted and challenged... and above all the generous spirit in which Julia teaches, weaving it all together in the most accessible way. I count myself very lucky indeed." Marilyn
Entering into this quiet valley, life immediately slows down and there's a sense of deep connection with nature.
All inclusive full board with magnificent freshly prepared plant based whole food - we take care of everything so you'll be free to completely unwind.
All sessions will be tailored to the group. No need to have ever stepped on a yoga mat, but if you have prepare for something extra magical.
